I’ll be honest with you — I really don’t know much about the organization known as Weksos Industries. (Read more about their history, here.) What I do know, is that similar to BLOX they started out as a small local shop selling automotive-related things. But as car enthusiasts they decided to start holding car meets and gatherings as a way to reach out to the community. These took off in popularity and became large enough to be an entity unto itself, which they call Wekfest. Wekfest events are now held throughout the United States, featuring a variety of cars from the local communities and a wide assortment of vendor booths showcasing the latest trends in lifestyle and apparel. And of course there are always lovely models around to say hi and take a photo with.
Special shout out to our partner site Bay Area Auto Scene with who I am affiliated, for hooking me up with a media pass to this event. Visit BAAS for even more photo coverage of local events and car shows!
